Hi! I'm Chandler, the OC—Original Creator of aGreatWoman.com. My friend and business partner and I established HOPE For Everybody to create Internet properties that would generate sustainable revenue to fund our charitable interests. I created aGreatWoman.com in honor of my wife, Barbara.
The first pass at the logo was originally a stylized heart shape. What I noticed right away was that if I asked the designer to tilt it to the left, the floral heart became a B! I knew instantly that I wanted the icon for this website to be a forever tribute to my wife.
